 The company has a team for the designing and developing products. We have more than
30 highly qualified engineers
to develop the new product.
We are carrying out our designing and manufacturing according to the software such as CAD/CAM/CAE
. We not only can satisfy the requirement of design big and highly precision of mould but also reduce the develop time for the mould with the equipment of excellent functional IBM working station and big size HP plot apparatus. We own one provincial level high-tech research & development centre; in our technology team, there are forty-five senior researchers¡¢one doctor¡¢six professors and vice-professors¡¢one researcher¡¢eight senior engineers¡¢twelve engineers. At the same time, taking the Ningbo Engineering College¡¢
Ningbo Polytechnic College
and Jiangxi Science College as our strong technology supporter. The company is always focus on the advanced technology--- CAD/CAE/CAM for National Auto lamp and communication industrial¡¢design for industrial¡¢shape and surface treat for die-casting/plastic injection and so on. For recent three years, we have applied for five patents, developed three high-tech achievements, got more than twenty city level's high-tech products, undertaken one of country's Torch program in 2005.
We have developed more than 100 sets of new products since our centre founded.
The items include the Automotive, Home Appliance, and Communication and so on. |
